Terms of service

WarmEnvelopes ("the service") is operated by DataOps, s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What the service does

WarmEnvelopes schedules and sends warm-up emails from domains you configure, through your own Resend account, to recipient inboxes you specify, with the goal of building sending history for those domains. The service does not send marketing or outreach email on your behalf.

2. Your account

Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be able to lawfully agree to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may only add domains you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You may only list recipient inboxes you own or whose owners have agreed to receive your warm-up mail.
  • Sending happens through your Resend account, so you must comply with Resend's acceptable use policy and all anti-spam law that applies to you.
  • You may not use the service to send unsolicited email, to deceive mailbox providers about the nature of unrelated mail streams, or for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans and billing

The free plan is free indefinitely and limited as described on the pricing page. The Pro plan costs €9 per month, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.

5. Your Resend account and API keys

You provide your own Resend API keys. Emails sent by the service count against your Resend quota and are governed by your agreement with Resend. We are not affiliated with Resend and are not responsible for Resend's availability, pricing, or decisions about your Resend account.

6. No deliverability guarantee

Sender reputation is decided by mailbox providers, not by us. We do not and cannot guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, or any particular deliverability outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or harm to sender reputation.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your domains at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.
